1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the FamilyTracking apps and familytracking.app, operated by [ENTITY NAME] (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

2. The service

FamilyTracking provides consent-based family location sharing and related safety features as described on this site. Features vary by plan and platform, and we may improve, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Accounts for children under 13 (or the applicable local age) may only be created and administered by a parent or legal guardian.

4. The consent requirement — acceptable use

FamilyTracking may only be used to share location between people who have each personally installed the app and accepted Circle membership on their own device. You agree not to: track or attempt to track any person without their knowledge and consent; install the app on another adult's device without authorization; use the service to stalk, harass, or control another person; circumvent the app's transparency features; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation of this section results in immediate account termination, and we cooperate with lawful investigations of misuse.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per family through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their cancellation and refund mechanics. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Downgrading returns your Circle to the free plan; data beyond free-plan retention is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Safety disclaimer — read this one

FamilyTracking is an informational and coordination tool, not an emergency service. SOS and crash detection alert your Circle; they do not contact emergency services. Location accuracy, alert delivery and feature availability depend on device hardware, GPS conditions, network coverage, battery, OS behavior and third-party services, and are not guaranteed. Never rely on the service as your sole safety measure; in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you share (messages, photos). You grant us the limited license required to transmit, store and display it to your Circle — nothing more. We don't mine chat content for advertising; we run none.

8. Intellectual property

The apps, site, brand and content are owned by [ENTITY NAME] or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps as intended. No reverse engineering except where law permits notwithstanding this clause.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in-app. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms — especially Section 4 — or where required by law. Sections that by nature survive (6, 10, 11) survive termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or [USD 50]. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.

11. Governing law & disputes

12. Changes
